CQS Accredited with Law Society for a 7th year

The Law Society launched their Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) in 2011 and Wallace Robinson quickly became one of the first practices in the country to secure membership.

And we are proud to announce that we have secured membership for a seventh year.

How we qualify

The Law Society sets high standards in order to achieve CQS status and each year we must pass rigorous assessment to ensure we meet them.

We must also undertake compulsory training, agree to random audits, carry out self-reporting and an annual review. We currently have four members of staff in the scheme; Tim, Paul, Asia and Michelle.

What it all means to you

The CQS accreditation establishes a level of credibility for you, as well as lenders, insurers and regulators. It demonstrates that we meet the highest standards set in the residential conveyancing process.

Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time.

By checking for CQS status, consumers can quickly identify those firms or practices committed to, and seen to be providing a quality residential conveyancing service.

If you need a little extra help with some of the terminology, or how the conveyancing process works, we’ve put together a Home Buyers Guide and Selling Your Home Guide, which both explain the process.
