Dipika Mistry joins Family Department
We are pleased to welcome a new member to our family department to work alongside Kathryn Ferris.
Dipika joined our firm in September 2016 as an Associate Solicitor and said she was “delighted to be joining Wallace Robinson & Morgan, a well-established firm with an exceptional reputation in Solihull and the surrounding areas.”
Experience & Commitment
Dipika gained her law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and has been a qualified solicitor since 1996
She started her legal career in her hometown of Leicester and says she is ‘a proud Midlander’. In 2005 Dipika set up her own niche family law practice in the centre of Birmingham, whose ethos was to “to place the needs of clients at the heart of each case and provide the highest levels of client care”.
Here at Wallace Robinson & Morgan we are excited for Dipika to continue this high level of commitment she clearly gives to her clients.
With over 20 years of experience dealing with Family Law, Dipika has an extensive understanding of all aspects of this area of law.
She says “I really enjoy getting to know my clients and fully understanding their situation, so I can advise them in detail to achieve a positive outcome, enabling them to move forward quickly from an unhappy situation.”
Dipika specialises in the division of matrimonial assets and finances concerning separating cohabiting couples. However, she also has vast experience in dealing with cases involving child arrangements such as issues of residence, contact, schooling, religion, and disputes between parents about moving abroad with children.
Part of a great team
On arriving at the firm in September Dipika says she was “overwhelmed by the warm welcome I received from all the members of staff and knew immediately I would enjoy working here.”
With Dipika now working with Kathryn Ferris, our head of family department, as well as trainee Louise and secretary Sharon we look forward to the progress this department will make in the coming months and years.
