Law Society CQS accredited for a 6th year

We are proud to announce, that for a sixth year we have secured membership to The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The scheme was launched in 2011 and Wallace Robinson quickly became one of the first practices in the country to secure membership.

How we qualify

We must meet the high standards set by the Law Society in order to achieve CQS status.

This involves following the Law Society CQS guidelines, undergoing compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and an annual review.

Currently four of our team are members of the scheme; Tim, Maureen, Paul and Asia.

What it means to you

Our accreditation establishes a level of credibility for regulators, lenders, insurers and you, the consumer. It marks us out as meeting the highest standards in the residential conveyancing process.

CQS is the quality mark of the home-buying sector. Consumers can quickly identify practices who provide a quality residential conveyancing service.

Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time. By looking for a CQS accredited firm, you can ensure they are committed to providing a quality service.
