Wallace Robinson & Morgan Acting in Birmingham Schools Employment Tribunal
It’s a case which has caught the media’s attention.
Daniel Zakis of Wallace Robinson & Morgan is acting on behalf of Hilary Owens in her claim against the Governors of Adderley Primary School.
Ms Owens’ claim at the Birmingham Employment Tribunal was adjourned on Monday 10th March. Mr Zakis gave a statement to the press confirming,
“Ms Owens welcomes the reopening of the police investigation, especially since she made the initial complaint to police in January 2013."
Mr Zakis yesterday added:
“Whilst Ms Owens is disappointed by the decision to adjourn the Tribunal she remains steadfast in her desire to pursue the matter. She is confident that the police investigation will support her position and we remain instructed to pursue her claim vigorously.”
