Administration Assistant/Receptionist Vacancy

We are pleased to invite you to apply to join our support team at our Solihull office.

The role is a varied one but involves working on our reception and helping with general practice administration.

The ideal candidate will have:

• good administrative and IT skills
• high standards of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.

Experience of a switchboard telephone system and computerised case management systems along with previous experience in a professional office would be an advantage.
