Vacancy for Solicitor in our Wills and Probate Dept
We have a vacancy in our busy Wills & Probate (Private Client) department for a full-time qualified Solicitor with relevant experience.
We are delighted to be one of the first 20 firms in the country to gain the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation in February 2014. This demonstrates our commitment to following best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in providing tailored Wills and Probate advice to our clients.
Our Wills & Probate solicitors are required to provide a high-quality service to our private clients covering all aspects of Will drafting and the administration of estates including:
• Will preparation
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Preparation and administration of Trusts
• Making and registering Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Estates (in accordance with a Will or the Intestacy laws)
• Deputyship applications
• Post death Deeds of Variation
