Charlotte achieved her Law LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Lancaster, before studying her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham. In October 2010 she began working in a Private Client department and qualified into this area in July 2013.
She specialises in all aspects of Private Client law, including Probate and the Administration of contentious and non-contentious Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Wills.
Charlotte is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS). This shows that she follows best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in providing tailored Wills and Probate advice to her clients.
Charlotte has worked closely with the Huntington’s Disease Association and Barnardo’s to assist in providing specialist legal advice to vulnerable and elderly people. She will now use this experience to do similar work with our local branch of Age UK.
Charlotte is taking some maternity leave in 2017 and is expected back to the office in November/December 2017.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travel and spending time with her friends and family. She particularly enjoys going to the gym and taking part in muddy obstacle races!
